Located at Newport City in Pasay and directly connected to NAIA Terminal 3 via Runway Manila, the hotel has maintained a high rate of occupancy–an achievement that the property has managed to sustain even during the pandemic years. Since 2020, Belmont Hotel Manila has posted an average annual growth of 12 percent in room revenue, reflecting both operational resilience and the steady return of travel demand.

This sustained performance has reinforced Megaworld Hotels & Resorts’ standing as the Philippines’ largest hotel developer and operator with alsmot 9,000 room keys across 14 properties nationwide.

Belmont Hotel Manila’s continued growth, paired with the Sampaguita brand of service of Megaworld Hotels and Resorts, has set the benchmark for expansion. “The story of Belmont Hotel Manila represents the direction where Philippine hospitality is headed–one that combines inclusivity, sustainability, and investment growth. As new hotels rise across the country, our mission remains clear: to continue building spaces that honor Filipino warmth while keeping pace with the world’s evolving travel standards,” shares Cleofe Albiso, Managing Director of Megaworld Hotels and Resorts.

In recent years, Belmont Hotel Manila has expanded its offerings to support Muslim-friendly tourism, enhancing inclusivity and aligning with the Department of Tourism’s (DOTs) initiatives to promote diverse and culturally responsive travel experiences.
