The result also highlighted AIA’s focus on providing a healthcare model built around better access alongside better coverage.

In addition, AIA Philippines’ EDGE (Early Development & Growth Experience) program earned the Community Initiative of the Year award for helping prepare university students for careers in insurance and financial services while strengthening the company’s long-term talent pipeline. “Grow@AIA: Growing Talent, Driving Impact” earned AIA Philippines the Training & Development Initiative of the Year award for its enterprise-wide approach to capability building. Meanwhile, BPI AIA was recognized with the Bancassurance Initiative of the Year award for seamlessly integrating life insurance into everyday banking. Through the BPI Mobile App, customers can conveniently access protection solutions such as InstaProtect, with offerings embedded within the app and payday notifications — making insurance a natural part of their regular banking experience. By making protection more accessible and affordable through digital channels, the initiative helps address the country’s insurance protection gap, empowering more Filipino families to build financial resilience and better prepare for life’s uncertainties.

These recognitions underscore AIA Philippines and BPI AIA’s commitment to making protection more accessible, advancing health and well-being, empowering talent, and creating meaningful impact for the communities they serve.
