Seven Corners Restaurant Brings Japanese Signature IHG Dishes to Manila 

There may still be some travel restrictions around the globe because of safety concerns, but there are ways and means to still be connected with our favorite world destinations. One of which is through their food and cuisine. 

Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria reached out to fellow IHG Hotels & Resorts in Japan to celebrate cultural diversity as they include their signature dishes to Seven Corners Restaurant’s buffet items. 

Dive into an authentic Japanese experience as we welcome ANA Crowne Plaza Chitose – Hokkaido’s signature dish, Namara Don. Enjoy your Japanese Rice Bowl topped with your choice of fresh seafood such as Tarako (Cod Roe), Ika Sashi (Squid Sashimi), Matsumae Zuke (Pickled Kombu and Dried Squid with Soy Sauce), okra, etc., loaded onto freshly-cooked rice and poured with soy sauce or dashi. A perfect mix of flavors in your bowl.

ANA Intercontinental Beppu Resort & Spa shares their authentic signature Japanese dish – Mentai Dashimaki Tamago by Chef Takao Ishida. Mentai Dashimaki Tamago is a type of omelet that contains a lot of broth. It can be imagined as a softly-baked omelet with kansai-style seasoning. Mentaiko (Pollock Roe) is added into it.
