Seven Corners Restaurant Brings Japanese Signature IHG Dishes to Manila

Dive into an authentic Japanese experience as we welcome ANA Crowne Plaza Chitose – Hokkaido’s signature dish, Namara Don. Enjoy your Japanese Rice Bowl topped with your choice of fresh seafood such as Tarako (Cod Roe), Ika Sashi (Squid Sashimi), Matsumae Zuke (Pickled Kombu and Dried Squid with Soy Sauce), okra, etc., loaded onto freshly-cooked rice and poured with soy sauce or dashi. A perfect mix of flavors in your bowl.

Mentai Dashimaki Tamago is a type of omelet that contains a lot of broth. It can be imagined as a softly-baked omelet with kansai-style seasoning. Mentaiko (Pollock Roe) is added into it.
