P&G Philippines takes home the Top Employer of The Year Grand Winner at the 2022 Asia CEO Awards

Since 2010, The Asia CEO Awards has been highlighting the nation-building leadership of notable companies and executives.

This year, Procter & Gamble (P&G) Philippines was lauded by Asia CEO Awards as the Grand Winner for the Top Employer of the Year category. The award is given to a company that achieved both employer and enterprise success through talent management excellence.

P&G is known to highly invest in their talent and leadership development.  The company stands apart with its meaningful careers leading billion-dollar global brands, providing international exposure and assignments, and coupling these with hands-on mentorship from the best business leaders locally, regionally, and globally. P&G’s winning workplace culture was likewise affirmed in their recent organization-wide survey, where 93% of the company’s employees said it is a company they are proud to work for.

During the height of the pandemic, P&G also stepped up as a Force for Good and a Force for Growth by repurposing their manufacturing plant to produce medical-grade face masks and safeguarding frontliners with PPEs, aiding covid-vulnerable communities with their trusted health and hygiene products, building health infrastructure, providing job security and continuing economic investments.
