Shopee granted a teacher’s wish of providing school chairs to over a thousand students in Palawan

One of the Barangay Shopee winners, Barangay Punta Baja from Rizal, Palawan, received 1,200 school chairs from Shopee. Hundreds of students welcomed Shopee as they delivered their surprise gift to Jose P. Rizal National High School, requested by one of the teachers of the school, Sitti Halima Adges.

Hon. Roselito Macahipay, Barangay Captain of Punta Baja shared, “Naiintindihan namin na ang edukasyon ay may malaking epekto sa kinabukasan ng mga bata. Maraming salamat sa Shopee sa ipinagkaloob niyo, na may puso at malasakit sa mga estudyante at paaralan.”
