Okada Manila adds another flavor to The World’s Best Flavors in One Destination with the opening of Greaz at The Food Court, serving American comfort food from smash burgers and loaded hot dogs to crispy chicken, milkshakes, and warm desserts.

Located at the heart of the gaming floor on the UG Floor of the Casino Coral Wing, Greaz is open daily from 11 AM to 5 AM, giving guests a convenient dining stop for a quick bite, a full meal, or a late-night craving.

“Greaz gives our guests even more choice at The Food Court while bringing the familiar appeal of American comfort food into Okada Manila’s growing dining lineup,” said Andreas Balla, Vice President for Food and Beverage at Okada Manila. “From classic favorites to distinctive creations, we want to give guests more reasons to dine with us whenever they visit Okada Manila.”

American Favorites, Served with Character

Smash burgers lead the Greaz menu. The Oklahoma OG comes with onion, cheddar cheese, Greaz Sauce, and pickles, while the fiery Hell Boy combines pepperoni, Sriracha mayo, and jalapeño.

For Chef de Cuisine Mattia Stroppa, a good smash burger begins with getting the fundamentals right.

“The most important thing is the crust,” Stroppa said. “You need the right beef, the right temperature and the right pressure when smashing the patty.”

Guests can also choose from hot dogs including the Chili, topped with chili con carne, cheese sauce, onion, and jalapeño, and the Hawaiian, which pairs pineapple salsa with Sriracha mayo for a sweet, tangy, and spicy combination.

Beyond burgers and hot dogs, the menu includes crispy chicken, Loaded Fries, NY Chicken Over Rice, and other hearty American favorites.

For dessert, Greaz serves thick milkshakes in chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry, as well as the Peanut Butter Hot Cookie served warm with vanilla ice cream and salted caramel. Cakes, ice cream, and refreshing floats complete the selection.

More Flavors Across Okada Manila

Greaz joins Ryuchi Ramen, Roasting by Red Spice, and Curry Corner at The Food Court, adding American comfort food to a lineup that also includes Japanese, Chinese, and Indian favorites.
