Hilton Manila Celebrates ‘Eggs-travagant Easter’ with Sunday Brunch, Bring Hilton Home Festive Platters, and Premium Easter Goodies

Hilton Manila celebrates the coming Easter with an ‘Eggs-travagant’ selection of well-curated Bring Hilton Home family-style platters, premium Easter goodies from Madison Lounge and Bar, and a delectable Easter Sunday Brunch at Kusina Sea Kitchens.

Executive Sous Chef Lord Bayaban and his team of culinary artisans indulges with Easter-themed Bring Hilton Home selections fit for two to three diners. Guests may choose between: Herb-marinated Lamb Chop platter coupled with roasted vegetables, mint jelly, or the equally mouthwatering 11-spices Roast Chicken with Basmati rice. Both platters are complemented by a Signature ‘Easter Basket’ Carrot Cake. Prices start at Php 4,000 nett.

The hotel’s Madison Lounge and Bar also treats diners to a playful selection of Easter Goodies with premium chocolate animal designs such as Easter Bunny and Chickens; Hot cross buns; and Signature Cakes including favorites such as the Pinoy Kendi-inspired selections and Rainbow layered cake, among others. Kids and kids’ at heart may also have a little fun with a ‘Design your own Easter Egg’ paint kit complete with Easter Egg cookie, colored ganache, paint palette, brush. Prices start at 300 nett. Hilton Manila’s Eggs-travagant Easter offerings are available for pre-order and takeaway from April 7 to 17.

On Easter Sunday, April 17, Kusina Sea Kitchens invites patrons to ‘hop on over’ and celebrate the joys of the season with a luscious ensemble of flavors. Signature gourmet highlights include: the famed Housemade Kare-Kare, Lechon Belly, and succulent seafood from the Dampa Marketplace. The little ones are also treated to fun and egg-citing Kiddie Easter Activities such as the Summer Egg Hunt, Egg-painting, and Mini Theater, among others. Kusina’s Easter Sunday Brunch is priced at Php 2,480 nett per person, from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
