Executive Chef Bettina Arguelles showcases popular food truck fare such as tacos and burgers, smokehouse-grilled specialties including smoked salmon, bellychon, and beef brisket, as well as sizzling platters such as classic sisig, sizzling gambas, and sizzling squid—all prepared à la minute for a guaranteed Accor ALLSAFE seal. Making the evening more delightful are free-flowing local beer and soda as epicures celebrate the end to a bustling week.
